Launched in March 2025 in Quebec, Private Tina celebrates the Queen of Rock & Roll, Tina Turner, through a tribute show that is already considered one of the most impressive in Canada. Actress and singer Johanne Ductan-Petit performs the greatest hits from the album Private Dancer, along with many other timeless classics. This tribute show is “Simply The Best”!

Les Productions JDP was founded in the summer of 2024 by Johanne Ductan-Petit, a professional actress with over 15 years of experience in the arts industry.

One day, an opportunity arose for her to be the lead singer in a tribute to Tina Turner with an amateur band. Despite her fear of not living up to the Queen of Rock & Roll, she accepted the challenge. The first show with the Simply Tina band was a success. She then decided to go all in and produce her own tribute show to Tina Turner, but this time with professional musicians. This is how Les Productions JDP was born.

This company is dedicated to producing a tribute show to Tina Turner and aims to tour Quebec, Canada, and why not the world? This project is only the beginning; other projects will eventually follow. As Tina Turner once said: “I believe that if you’ll just stand up and go, life will open up for you.” Johanne Ductan-Petit took this message to heart and decided to take the bull by the horns.
